Power for the Ioniq is a combination of a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine and a 43-horsepower electric motor. This driveline is good for 139 horsepower, while returning up to 59 MPG on the highway. A six-speed automatic transmission is connected to the Hybrid driveline.
